One of the main pillars of Vision Oman 2040 is developing policies, infrastructure, projects, capabilities and skills in smart cities and governorates that provide services using modern technologies to improve the quality of life.  The Oman Society of Engineers (OSE) is organizing Conference of Smart, Sustainable, and Resilient Cities, 1-3 September 2024 in Salalah City.  This event is part of the 3rd Salalah forum that will address issues related to smart cities, sustainable urban development and infrastructure.  The conference will provide a premier platform for researchers, leading companies, and practitioners present and discuss the most recent advances, innovations, practical designs and challenges as well as solutions adopted in the fields of smart cities, urban development and infrastructure in Oman and elsewhere.  The conference aims to provide a unique forum for practitioners and researchers from academia, industry, government firms, and regulators with background in smart cities design and implementation, sustainable urban development and planning and better infrastructure to exchange ideas, explore recent developments and share experiences related to smart cities, sustainable urban development and infrastructure.  OSE welcomes you to join the conference for an exciting program during September 2024 in the beautiful Salalah Khareef.
